returns & exchanges

At The Cult, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products that they will love. However, we understand that there may be times when a product does not fit as expected.

Please note that we generally do not accept returns or exchanges, with the exception of items that do not fit. If you find that your item does not fit, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
